My work shows mostly the joy of doing things freely, expressing myself in a very personal way and not following so much the rules of fashion. In a constant desire for new I completed a master’s degree in fashion at the Decorative Arts and Design University in Cluj-Napoca. This was the period when I found within myself a large interest for what wasn’t fashionable and a fascination for unconventional design.The monotony, the standard perfection and the set trends unable my creativity and so my work is always about the experiment. The compositional level is a merge of fabric and chromatic which leads to a final product that shows a huge appetite for individualism.

I chose to design handbags because I enjoy creating art objects which are also functional and can change a common outfit into something noticeable. The brand LexaLexa under which I laid my thoughts and feelings was born from the love of art and free creation. Lexa’s go is to always surprise through well thought lines and sculptural symmetries that give the product a touch of dynamism and passion.A challenging concept is also the combination of textures with energetic attributes such as wood, leather, metal and other materials which blend into each other to provide a special emotion. The contrasting elements that once streamed through the artistic filter lead to the discovery of a fresh and unexpected final product.
